Shipping cost is not included in the product price. The shipping cost depends on the address of the delivery of the order (Croatia, EU or the World) and depends on the weight of the package itself. The shipping price will be shown after completing the order and selecting the delivery address. Deliveries are made by express mail (delivery service) to the address you provided when completing the order. Delivery time for the ordered products is 2 to 6 business days after the visible payment of your order to our account.

For each shipment, the recipient certifies and signs the delivery note upon receipt of the shipment. In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Obligations, the consignment note is certified by the consignee as having been delivered in undamaged condition and after that the carrier is exempt from any subsequent liability.

All products are shipped Monday through Friday. Sometimes it is possible to wait for the product up to 15 business days because of: national holidays, holidays or increased mail traffic. In such situations, when we receive timely information from our supplier, we will inform you of the possibility of prolonging the delivery time.

If you do not receive the goods – or postal delivery notice – as a buyer within the expected time after the shipment, you are obliged to notify us immediately so that we can check what happened to your shipment and respond in a timely manner.
