COMPLAINTS

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, the buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, without stating the reasons for it, within 14 days from the receipt of the ordered products.

In accordance with Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is responsible for any impairment of the purchased product resulting from the handling of the purchased product. Impairment is determined by an official service provider or supplier.

Upon delivery, the Buyer is obliged to inspect that the Product doesn’t have any visible external damage, that it corresponds quantitatively and qualitatively to the products from the invoice and that all documents, delivered with the products, have been  in accordance with legal regulations. If the order does not meet the above conditions, the Buyer needs to contact the Seller, as the complaints declared after delivery of the delivered Products will not be accepted by the Seller.

If the product has a hidden defect that could not be detected by normal inspection upon delivery, the buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and request a refund, replace the product or reduce the price.

All the products we sell are properly stored in their original packaging. The shelf life indicated on the packaging is only valid if stored properly, as marked on the label. All products can vary in color, smell and consistency, depending on the harvest.

If the Buyer fails or refuses to take over the product without valid reason, the Seller reserves the right to claim reimbursement of handling, transportation and other possible costs.

We kindly ask you to contact us by e-mail: info@mayantu.hr  or via the contact form on the site for any complaints, and we will resolve all justified complaints so that in agreement with you we will replace the disputed product with a new one or reimburse the full amount you paid.

RETURNS

The buyer is entitled to a justified complaint and return of the product in the following cases:

  • Delivery of products that are not ordered
  • Delivery of expired products
  • Delivery of products that have a fault or damage that did not occur during transportation

If the products are delivered to the buyer and the buyer wishes to submit a complaint, the buyer is obliged to return the ordered products at his own expense. The deadline for filing a complaint is 8 days from receipt of the package. Returned products must be in good condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer himself and must be returned back to the seller within 14 days.
